I have experience in remodel such as

Drywall

Replacing vinyl floors and sub floors

Installing countertops/vanities.

Painting

I also was the crew leader so I had the responsibility of making sure the job was done the correct way and report and address and problems that occurred I also had to make sure the other crew member understood what was going on and the task we had to completed on each job and was responsible for the time management of the job getting done in time

At viserion grain I operated skid-steers telahandlers and man lifts before each use I do a safety inspection on the machine and make it was running properly and had the fluids it needed for the day with the skid-steers I would use them on a daily basis to move grain and prepare to be loaded on a barge or clean up old grain that was spilled I would also unload or load a 18 wheeler and for the heavier objects I would use a telahandler I would often have to operate a man lift so me and another employee could inspect and do maintenance on any equipment that needed it . I also have experience in deck handing on a barge I had the responsibility of making sure the proper safety protocols was in place to move the barge up and down the river and to make sure the barge meets the correct loading requirements
