Worked on core machine where I checked core length and for loss tail. Also did daily maintenance and cleaning which included checking all wires and working parts. Checked logs for profile and length. Would check stub rolls coming out of saw for clean cuts and size check for any bad rolls make adjustments if needed watched entire line for errors and faults. Watched conveyor and bundler for bad rap would have to replace fingers or belts had to troubleshoot faults and errors. Maintain and check bundler for packaging and seaming. Every 3 hours I would have to test parent rolls were up to standard for caliper and tinsel weight and wet strenth.
