  • Trained many new employees on proper forklift operation and safety.
  • worked on many classified projects though out my years at Rolls-Royce.
  • as a skilled grinder I worked with a welder on a blade that was ready to be scraped which was the last blade holding up a multi million dollar order. After several weld and grind attempts the blade was sent to CMM for tolerance .The blade passed and shipment was on time.
  • One of the CNC machine's was down waiting a new spindle which was jeopardizing a set of blades for face machining.When machine was repaired and released for production. We worked 24/7 for one month to meet the shipment date.
