Thank you for taking the time to look at my resume and hopefully giving me the chance to make Cobbler girls softball relevant again.
I have coached youth sports in Rapid City for over 30 years and have been a Head Coach in Rapid City Girls Fastpitch for the last 15 years. I have been on the Fastpitch Board for the last 7 years, including being the Board President for the last 4 years.
It has always been a dream of mine to be a coach in the High School level but my previous job and family obligations made it difficult to give the program 100% and now being retired and my children being older, I have the time and experience to give this program what it needs.
I have had a child in the Rapid City School district since 1995, with 2 of my children graduating from Stevens, 1 from Central, 1 graduating from Central this year and my youngest being an 8th grader at South Middle School. I know how passionate this community is and I would love to get that passion back with Central Girls Softball and I hope you will give me that chance.
