Direct and supervise plumbing personnel effectively to repair, install, start-up, operate and maintain plumbing requirements for residential services.
Provide residential plumbing services and emergency services to install and repair toilets, water heaters, appliances and showers to maintain 100% customer satisfaction ratings, along with heating and drain cleaning.
Work directly with dispatch team, field techs and other management staff to facilitate and amange the sales and successful completion of all plumbing services.
Schedule, coordinate and offer operational assistance for technicians to satisfy customer needs and standards.
Review technician's work to ensure quality and meet the established standards, techniques, and safety requirements.
Communicate with customers to provide recommendations on repairs, determine project estimation costs and define project completion dates.
Interview, hire and train service staff technicians to be able to manage and handle service work.
Generate sales leads and sales, while growing customer service base and service agreement plans.
Interact and communicate with vendors, suppliers, clients and lead company representatives.
Provide training programs to ensure technicians are properly educated about the latest service techniques, equipment, general working conditions and safety procedures.
Monitor and evaluate budgets, targets and objectives to ensure company profitability.
Oversee plumbing technicians' performance assessments, reviews and improvement objectives for the company requirements.
Maintain all service vehicles and equipment.
Inspect sewers and piping systems to assess quality and condition.
Attend national franchise annual meetings to stay current on industry trends and growth opportunities.
