As an independent school administrator, I believe in building cultures of dignity where every student and employee can find their pathway to belonging. Currently, I work with students and teachers on the development of communication and social-emotional skills that will help them build strong connections. My approach to student life emphasizes creating inclusive environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute authentically to our community. Through intentional programming and relationship-building, I foster spaces where students and teachers develop the resilience, empathy, and interpersonal competencies essential for both academic success and lifelong success.
Serve as primary student advocate and central figure in shaping school culture through student-centered leadership that integrates restorative practices and DEI commitments. Lead all disciplinary matters with a focus on strengthening community by bridging conflict, mending relationships, and repairing harm through inclusive, stakeholder-engaged processes. Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive relational discipline and restorative justice programs across four priority areas: Proactive/Preventative Engagement, Responsive Restorative Practices, Faculty Training, and Teaching and Learning. Develop proactive strategies to build positive student culture while facilitating professional development for students and staff on restorative approaches. Maintain visible, accessible presence in students' daily lives, working with adolescents through a lens of understanding and advocacy that supports both individual growth and collective community well-being.
