  • $14M+ 4th-Floor Active Men's & Men's Shoes: Rebuilt entire 25K sq. ft. space including BOH (demo existing finishes, MEP) using blueprints from ID/architect; 20-week schedule; installed 12 vendors (Lids, Nike, Puma, Adidas).
  • $12M 5th-Floor Dress Men's: Rebuilt entire 25K sq. ft. space to ID firm / architect specs including BOH; complete demolition of finishes and M EP; 8-weeks; installed (8) vendors (CK, DKNY, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren).
  • $7M+ 6th-Floor Women's Intimate Apparel: 22K sq. ft. hybrid demolition / remodel. Replaced flooring, paint, lighting, MEP (rerouted as needed); installed 20 vendors (Calvin Klein, Inc., DKNY, Spank, etc.).
