In my position as director, I arranged all music for vocalists and instrumentalists, wrote new compositions, integrated classic hymns and songs into contemporary settings and utilized all genres of music to present from week to week.

Auditioned, hired and managed musicians, budgets, rehearsals and arranged special events of all kinds.

Contributed to St. Martin's mission by engaging in various community activities.

My college degree is in Music Education. I was the student assistant to the director of both the University Chorus and the Concert Choir. Conducting was an added specialty to my degree.

Directed touring group delivering educational musical and dramatic presentations in public and private schools, fostering appreciation for the arts among students.

I was director of The Continental Singers and Orchestra touring around the US and Europe with a group of 20 vocalists and a small orchestra of 20.

From there, I went into a career as a touring recording artist and songwriter.

Directed 200-voice choir and 40-member orchestra at Houston's Second Baptist Church from 2003 to 2005, enhancing weekly worship services through impactful music programming.

To date, I have recorded 23 solo album projects of my own.

Achieved 22 number one songs on Christian radio, showcasing musical impact.

Grammy nominated 3 times with one win as a participant in a tribute album.

Received multiple nominations for The Dove Awards, winning 8 times, which signifies excellence in Christian music.

Awarded titles such as Male Vocalist of the Year and Contemporary Album of the Year, recognizing vocal talent and artistry.

A member of the Christian and Gospel Music Museum in Nashville, TN.

Performed on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson with duet partner, Sandi Patty.

Produced diverse album projects for various recording artists, contributing to their artistic development and market presence.
