Assembled metal, copper components and other parts to be brazed all together and so build A/C units to be used in Boating, camping and Outdoors activities.

• Measured, cut, formed and bent metal parts with hand tools to ensure a tight fit prior to brazing.
• Heated metals using oxyacetylene torches or induction heating systems to create the desired joint configuration.
• Tested assembled components for leaks using pressure test equipment or other methods as specified by customer drawings and specifications.
• Adjusted gas flow and pressure to create and maintain desired flames.
• Monitored fitting, burning and welding processes to avoid overheating parts, warping, shrinking, distortion and expansion of materials.
• Positioned and clamped workpieces together and properly assembled in jigs and fixtures.
• Marked or tagged material with job number, piece marks and other identifying marks.
• Connected and turned regulator valves to activate and adjust gas flow and pressure and obtain desired flames.
• Selected and installed torches, filler rods and flux according to welding chart specifications.

Feed paper and ink to the in-line press. Keep it clean, oiled and help other crew members with any mechanical maintenance and all activities related to printing production.

• Followed established procedures for handling hazardous materials safely.
• Adjusted rollers to ensure proper tension of paper on press.
• Cleaned rollers and cylinders in order to prepare them for the next job run.
