• Analyzed over 100 flight tests programs for last 10 years, finding patterns in mishaps in order to improve the approval phase of future flight tests.

• Gathered over 10 different sources in preparation of rewrite of main regulation of Air force Research Lab (AFRL) approval process of flight tests (AFRL601-103 V2)

• Assisted with four new flight test approval processes, ensuring our department is properly tracking every step of their approval process to prevent missing approval that could lead to mishap.

• Trained on troubleshooting receiver, transmitter, transceiver systems and Radar display
• Completed over eight months of basic circuit analysis courses and three months of hands on troubleshooting a complex communication/radar systems.
• Understanding of operational risk management, knowing how to make decisions based on risks and benefits.

• Lead a group of 6-12 union workers, in charge of a load line department with up to 8 trailers within department
• Trained at least 20 new workers in safety handling packages and effective loading procedures
• Tracking workers within department on outstanding requirements and information regarding pay
