I am responsible for profitability and performance of each Branch Office. I am the sole lender at each branch. I take care of all commercial loans from start to finish. I initiate consumer and real estate mortgages and send them to appropriate department heads to approve and complete. I am responsible for loan servicing and production. Current loan portfolio being maintained has been as large as $28,000,000. Deposits are steady at $138,000,000 for both branches. Current past dues are .001%. I have only had one partial charge-off in my tenure here, which was a HEL that had been on the books prior to my employment.

Current loan approval authority is $2,000,000. and overdraft approval is $500,000.

I have seven employees in one branch and four in another branch. Security Bank was purchased three years ago by AMB and which is currently a $3.5MM bank.

• Preformed all facets of work from tile to roof repair.

• We called on farmers and ranchers that own an Air Seeder No Till Drill and rebuild their machines.
• This piece of equipment is very difficult to work on and most farmers do not have the desire or time to repair the equipment themselves.
• Extended wear parts were utilized and educated them on the various ways to better utilize and extended the life of the drill and increase production.

• I covered the entire Abilene territory.
• I handled all of the sales new and used.
• Custom built trucks in our system to be built for customers.
• Maintained current inventory.
• Prepared bid proposals and checked them for accuracy and profitability.
• On June 3rd I was informed that I was being downsized as part of a Companywide 10% cut across the entire company due to current economy conditions.

• I am responsible for designing and selling portable buildings.
• I have taken care of four offices in different locations.
• After the sale I supervised the delivery of the buildings to the customer and ensured their satisfaction of the building and setup.
• During my time with Hawk, I have been salesman of the month twice and continue to lead the sales staff.

• The main goal in F&I is to secure the car deal with the customer.
• I was responsible for presenting and selling the vehicle service contract, GAP insurance, credit life and disability, tire/wheel dent/ding, diamond fusion and key protection.

• It is my responsibility to ensure we obtain funding within 10 days of contract.

• As salesman for Honda, I was responsible for selling new and used inventory and collecting viable information from the customer.
• As top salesman I reached and exceed quarterly and yearly goals.

• I was responsible for selling of the inventory, as well as completing all of the necessary company and State required forms associated with selling a vehicle.

• I was lead salesman responsible for accumulation of inventory for the weekly and monthly auctions.
• On sale days, I also clerked sales as well as closing all sales and securing funds for the day.

• When Boatmen's Bank took over Citizens State Bank, I was hired as Branch President, I was the only loan officer in the Bank.

• In addition to overseeing all facets of the Bank, I was also responsible for marketing and community reinvestment activities as well.

• With PCA I was responsible for strictly agricultural loans and Crop Hail Insurance
• I serviced loans and made inspections as well as appraisals.

• While with FmHA I attend various schools for Real Estate, Chattel and Housing appraisals.
• I had agricultural loans to fully service as well as low income housing
• I supervised building houses and serviced loans including foreclosure.
