In three months I was promoted to CSR/Loan Assistant. Successfully completed the American Institute of Banking course “Principles of Banking”. Duties included opening and closing customer accounts, issuing certificates of deposit, working returned checks, balancing returns on the General Ledger, assisting the Branch Manager with all loans, verifying the loans and preparing reports for the branch manager. I also ran all credit bureau reports, opened safe boxes, balanced and reloaded the ATM, and ran a Teller window during peak times.
