• Ensure the supervision of work at the affected site(s), propose the necessary interventions to be implemented, guaranteeing better completion of work on the ground.
• Assist in the overall planning of the work, in particular the forecasts of the execution times of each trade, ensure proper planning and execution of work at site level.
• Plan, organize, manage, and monitor infrastructure activities at the assigned site(s) on the technical and management plan, and ensure the implementation of the work in accordance with the planning, which will be defined, and the detailed work plans.
• Carry out daily monitoring and technical control of the site, and regular verification of measurements on the site, according to the control stages provided for in the work plan. Also, ensure that the site log is up to date and that all recommendations are duly documented in the journal, and that their implementation is monitored regularly.
• Write activity monitoring and progress reports on site work, and ensure the proper execution of the work. Carry out checks of conformity of execution according to the rules of the art and the provisions of technical prescriptions.
• Provide information in the form of a written report on the weekly evaluation of progress of work.
• Take part in the various meetings of the section and provide support for better carrying out the various activities, ensuring the effective management of everyone's activities and tasks, and personnel under his supervision.
• Report to management, as soon as possible, all deviations from the work plan, to quality standards, and all pending contractual requirements.
• Perform any other task within his competence, not specified above, which could be assigned to him for the smooth running of the work and the section.
