Managed all accounting functions, including payroll, tax filings, and balancing multiple company checking accounts ensuring 100 percent accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Organized and executed the company's annual 3-day conference, overseeing logistics for meetings, a dinner event for 500 attendees, a trade show featuring 100 vendors and a 144 person golf scramble. Provided executive level support to the President, handling all secretarial duties, including scheduling, correspondence and document management. Grew and maintained strong relationships with trucking company presidents and trucking industry suppliers thus allowing me the unique ability to make connections that benefited both companies.

Organized and led multiple school-wide events, including fundraising activities and Field Day, coordinating efforts of over 100 volunteers. Developed and managed the PTO's 501(c)(3) annual budget, ensuring proper allocation of funds for school activities and equipment enjoyed by all students. Fostered strong relationships between parents, teachers and administration. Successfully increased volunteer engagement through excellent communication. Elected by the community to serve on the school board and was later elected by the board members as President. Oversaw budgeting and resource allocation for the district, ensuring fiscal responsibility. Managed conflict resolution and decision-making processes to reach consensus on key issues impacting students and staff. Spearheaded winning campaign for a highly contested special election for a millage campaign to build a second high school.
