I design and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance student understanding of core subjects. Every day I foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Monthly I assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, adapting instruction as needed for each child. I continually develop individualized education plans for students requiring additional support to improve learning outcomes. I collaborate with my team weekly to offer help and guidance to the less experienced people. Planning and executing a "Parent University" night in order to help parents better understand how to implement ideas in which to increase their children's learning.

My focus here is continually radicalizing our small business toward growth and maturity. I oversee multiple projects with strenuous timelines, filing paperwork in a timely manner, preparing taxes, employee relations, and the overall wellbeing of those who work for me. I handle all of the inventory management and personnel.

As a paraprofessional I supported classroom instruction by assisting teachers with lesson implementation and student engagement, facilitated individualized learning plans, and adapted materials to meet diverse student needs daily.

Every day I collaborated with educators to track student progress and implement intervention strategies. I was often chosen to mentor new paraprofessionals, providing guidance on best practices and classroom management techniques.

I spent a majority of my time overseeing the educational process for many different subject areas forging relationships with students and parents through interactions and genuine concern for the wellbeing and safety of the children in my care.

I also facilitated classroom instruction and engaged students in diverse learning activities, collaborated with faculty to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of education, monitored student progress and provided constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
