MLB All Star Week - I managed the brand execution of the 2023 MLB All Star Week in Seattle at T-Mobile stadium. I ensured the brand representation was executed at a high level, inside the stadium, at store level, among consumer interactions, and experiential activations. I approved all digital templates, brand ambassador schedules, POS and swag giveaway creations, legal approvals, and marketing campaigns.
Budget Management - for 5 years I created and managed a $2.5 million budget spread across marketing and sales GLs. I managed this budget monthly, approving all expenditures and tracked latest estimates for the end of the year. Every year we successfully hit our budgets without exceeding our latest estimates.
