● Ensure financial information accuracy between program-level and subproject reporting (Change orders, POCO, FCO's).
● Support Project Management Office Supervisor in project financial management and divisional reporting.
● Administer and coordinate routine contract work using prescribed and standardized methods.
● Offer direct financial communication with the project team, internal financing department, and subcontractors.
● Enforce actual project data collection and weekly accurate estimates.
● Audit, research, and claim unsecured and lost revenue.
● Recommend and execute corrective actions to handle project compliance.
● Process payroll for employees in the organization according to assigned branches.
● Maintain a confidential personnel database regarding salaries based on Union regulations and/or agreed special circumstances.
● Work with company database programs to process payroll within adequate time to meet desired deadlines.
● Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget, and expenses. Supply reports to Branch Superintendents and assigned personnel.
● Receive expenses and apply cost codes to assigned accounts and branches. Supply reimbursements during payroll approved by Branch Director.
