  • Provide first-level technical support (including interaction with Social Solutions vendor) to Super Users, end–users, and leadership
  • Support the training of program leadership, Apricot Super Users and staff to create regularly scheduled reports to advance performance analysis pertaining to staff and programs
  • Support roll up of data into organizational dashboards when appropriate and help create customized dashboards as available within the information management software
  • Create standard, custom and ad hoc reports that supports leadership’s ability to analyze, manage and make program business, operations and personnel decisions
  • Create reports to also provide data to funders, development, grants staff and the executive team on as needed basis
  • Support the PIMS Supervisor in documenting/inventorying the multiple Apricot and other program data system reports—standard and custom—as well as cataloging Apricot universal program forms
  • Help maintain the repository of information management systems related materials such as training, videos, how-to guides, FAQs, tools and tips and other meaningful resources
  • Support with technical assistance at regularly scheduled meetings for Apricot Super Users and end users, and other invested stakeholders
  • Provide technical support to help program teams to identify potential gaps in reporting results so that programs can develop prescriptive and/or corrective action in real time related to data collection and analysis
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to certify integrity of the overall data collection process
  • Work in with QA and program leadership to solve for lapses in data integrity
  • Remain up to date on software launches, new products, changes, and new features
  • Explore and assess need and readiness to onboard new features to support program’s work and make recommendations to the PIMS Supervisor
  • Participate in regular supervision with supervisor and provide regular updates
  • Remain current on knowledge of standards and other program-related information
