• Stacked material being passed down from builders during a scaffold demolition.
• Assisted in leveling the scaffold base before building upwards.

• Assisted builders in tightening clamps for braces and ladders.
• Cleaned the work area after the project was finished, and before the crew left the work area.
• Helped keep the storage area clean and organized, and rid of debris and excess trash.

• Erection of scaffolding of various types, establishing platforms, and safety measures.
• Dismantling and removing, on completion.
• Undertaking checking, assessing, and when directed.
• Help to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repair to ensure compliance with agreed codes, laws, working practices, and health and safety.ty.

Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Assistance:

• Provide courteous and efficient assistance to passengers in person, over the phone, and via email or chat.
• Address and resolve passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist with booking, changing, or canceling flight reservations, and process refunds or adjustments as necessary.

Check-in and Boarding:

• Facilitate the check-in process for passengers, including verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and checking luggage.
• Ensure that all required documentation and identification are verified for passengers.
• Manage boarding procedures, including assisting passengers with special needs and coordinating with gate agents.
  Flight Information and Updates:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date flight information to passengers, including departure and arrival times, gate changes, and delays.
• Communicate any changes or disruptions in flight schedules effectively and assist passengers with rebooking or alternative arrangements.

Customer Service and Problem Resolution:

• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex cases to higher management as needed.
• Offer solutions to passenger concerns, including compensation or accommodations, in accordance with company policies.

Safety and Security:

• Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures, including handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Assist with the enforcement of airline policies and regulations.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Prepare and process reports related to customer service activities, including incident reports and performance metrics.
  

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments, including ticketing, baggage handling, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends.

• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to determine the appropriate scaffolding design.
• Supervise and lead a team of scaffolders.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure an adequate supply of materials.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate scaffolding activities.
• Maintain open communication channels to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
