  • Created workflows for interviewing and hiring internal candidates. Work directly with Talent Aquisition Specialists for skillsets needed for FTM.
  • On Boarded over 120 new to role claim specialists by sending welcome emails, ordering equipment as well as welcoming to State Farm on their first day.
  • Developed strategies to keep department aligned with training and production goals.
  • Currently manage the production phases for the Fire Team Managed New to Role claim specialists. Currently there are 120 NTR's in training with an additional 100 to be hired in May.
  • Manage claim specialist mentors who assist a pod of trainees during the production phases. The mentors are across all three hub locations.
  • Employee Engagement coordinator on the enterprise , Fire Claims and FTM levels.

  • Multiple times coordinated large groups of deployed handlers to assist with Team Managed workload. Organized placement, assigned duties on a daily basis and implemented EOM practices with these groups. These efforts were able to significantly reduce pending tasks.
  • Engagement Coordinator lead for Regent Commons. Designed and implemented 100 Year Anniversary event. Annually lead or assist the Founders Day event. December 2023 worked with Mid West Food Back to collect over 2000 pounds of food by Regent Common Employees for the food insecure in the local area.
