Wendy Neufeld
Summary
I am currently the Learning Director at Cummings Valley Elementary School in Tehachapi, California. I have 22 years of experience in educating elementary students. This is my second year in Education Administration. I just graduated this last summer with my master's degree in Education Administration.
In my current position at my site, I offer training to the certificated and classified staff in the area of curriculum and school safety. I currently am the lead person on our school's PBIS team and attend district meetings on a regular basis. I am currently in the process of beginning implementation of Restorative Practices with my staff. I will be having my first initial training with my staff in October 2017.Overview

I have attended numerous training in my 22 years of education experience. I have been trained in Write From the Beginning, EL instruction, Thinking Maps, Inclusion, PBIS, music in the classroom, phonics instructions, and many other initiatives. I recently received a day of training in Restorative Practices. I was honored with the Teacher of The Year award in 2010.
