Highlight - Led the Show Control team in developing and implementing new code to run the Holiday Parade, thus eliminating the cost of an annual service agreement. This script will be the building block for Mardis Gras and new daytime parade.

• Established effective communication among 12 team members for enhanced collaboration and successful project completion
• Developed project schedules and plan to ensure timely completion of the project
• Obtained management and client agreement with the project plan and timeline, and advised of any obstacles or resource needs
• Orchestrated the project team, identified competencies, assigned resources to development tasks

Highlight - Finding a lighting solution for a laser portal that could not be an actual laser

• Drafted and presented project proposals, defined SOWs, timelines, budgets, KPIs, deliverables, and milestones, allocated resources in addition to negotiated pricing, timelines, services, and terms with vendors
• Liaised with lighting designer, electrical engineer and project architect to ensure the lighting design lined up with the facility blueprints and all other disciplines, (electrical, security, IT, AV etc)
• Managed a $14 million budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to creative and financial objectives
• Built strong, lasting relationships and strategic partnerships through exceptional stakeholder service; served as primary point of contact for stakeholder communications
• Directly lead and supervised a team of designers from Blue Sky through Construction Documents phases to produce a lighting design to meet Universal Creative Engineering, electrical and lighting specifications while ensuring that the finished design met creative intent to the satisfaction of the studio design team as well as obtained buy-off from executive

Highlights - Repairing previously damaged reputation and relationships with previous clients and filling the calendar with revenue generating events

• Developed and implemented detailed plans for delivering large scale events including hosting an internal kickoff, overall digital engagement experiences, staffing, video production, sponsorship, logistics, and internal alignment on goals
• Developed budget for all technical and maintenance departments while assisting with planning ahead for upcoming Capital Expenditures purchases and upgrades including negotiating, analyzing, and preparing purchase order agreements, contractors and cost control measures
• Evaluated obsolescence project designs for all systems within facility ensuring all designs met with facility safety compliance and ensured the end design and installation would fulfill required specifications
• Executed safety and facility inspections, reports on facility issues and prepared risk assessments for board of directors in addition to leading safety investigations team for any major accidents, reported findings and executing contingency plans
