Accomplishments

While I was a rank and file leader, I was placed on union leave as a project organizer for CSEA. My sole responsibilities were training member leaders on how to have a 1:1 to engage and motivate member leaders to gain power within the union, and the statewide campaign we were working on to win. The campaign received an award from California Labor Federation for best campaign in 2010. I have completed training from Marshal Ganz, based on his Harvard college course on how to organize, by using the resources we have to get what we want.
