I started working in 1992 as a phlebotomist. Graduated from University Of Charleston with an associate degree in nursing. Worked 5 years as Surgical Medsuge Nurse . Transferred to ED department for 6 years. I decided to start Traveling as an RN and have worked in several hospitals with a few different companies . MedsugeTelemetry, Medsurge Surgical, L tach Critical Care and Stepdown has been my specialties. LOVING every moment of it! Skills would include, Wound vac applying and managing, Peritoneal dialysis, IV venipuncture, Feeding tubes and pumps, ABG collection, Trach care and management, Critical care medication administration, chest tube management, ventilator management etc. Documentation with EPIC, MEDHOST and MEDITECH.
