Primary nursing role includes, identifying students’ health needs through a variety of resources: students, parents, school administration, health aides, and teachers.

Provide support according to district policies, guidelines, and protocols, as well as follow Colorado State health guidelines and Board of Nursing requirements through the Nurse Practice Act.
