As a history student, I used the Bentley Library's primary sources to study the changes reflected in history student papers over the last century.

Set up my own research group to conduct research on economic recession and progress of Hongkong；produced my own papers; communicate with economists on research progress every day

The Jiabiangou Reeducation-Through-Labor Farm was built in the desert during China's Anti-Rightist Campaign. I visited the descendants of Jiabiangou victims to collect oral histories, searched for clues in local archives, and engaged in dialogue with scholars who study this issue. I visited the abandonded farm as well.

Visit the Syrian refugee camps in Lebanon, live and communicate with the refugees;

Visit local NGOs to understand their working model.

Gain insight into refugees’ historical memories of the Beirut explosion, the Syrian civil war, and more.

• Participated actively in regular meetings with fellow researchers to discuss project updates, challenges faced, and lessons learned during ongoing activities.
