-Running standalone SNF
-Working off-site and then subsequently building, developing and operating a new CCRC
-Leading organization through 2 bond restructurings
-Guiding campuses through ownership changes, including transitions from a not-for-profit to a for-profit company as well as between two for-profit companies
-Serving as a change agent in several turnaround positions where building stability and improving star ratings, census, and survey results were needed.
