  • Aligned organizational objectives with company's mission to provide focused, efficient and profitable bank catering exclusively to southern California business community. Provided direction and leadership for 200+ operational staff, including day-today operations, accounting, IT, facilities and systems.
  • Developed policies and procedures, managed hiring and HR staff, dealt with regulators and coordinated annual regulatory exams.
  • Managed bank's fixed-asset bond investment program from start of bank to final value exceeding $1 billion.
  • Negotiated lease on new facilities, coordinated buildout of same and moved entire bank to new 38,000+ square foot facilities on two floors, over holiday weekend.
