  • Led negotiations with over 17 critical supply chain partners to mitigate retention challenges resulting from a primarily contracted workforce in an uncertain economy, and architected the terms of the Washington State government's commercial and cyber liability insurance coverage to expand from a single agency to the enterprise at a discounted rate of 15% amid global rate increases.
