Although I was originally hired as a cashier, I consistently took initiative and stepped into multiple roles to support the team and enhance the customer experience. I assisted as a loader, helping customers safely lift and transport heavy items; acted as a sales floor associate, guiding customers to the right products and answering questions to ensure satisfaction; supported the fulfillment team by pulling and preparing orders for pickup or delivery; and worked as a stocker, managing inventory by checking in and out merchandise and maintaining organized stock levels. My adaptability, strong customer service skills, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities make me a valuable asset in any retail or customer-focused environment.
