Make rounds around platform, work in control room. Change out valves, flush bridals. Shakeouts daily, trouble shoot problems around the facility, check chemical rates daily, put wells in test. Do production reports on Avocet, chemical reports, create MM’s for materials being shipped. Check ballast tanks and draft. Ballast and stability report. Test pilots, PSV and high and lows levels. Test with BSEE. Repair chemical pumps.

• Hook up murphy gauges, Read power water meters, Change filters in filter pot.
• Started up hydraulic pumps 300 horse h-pump, 600 horse h-pump and 800 horse h-pumps.
• Started up triplex pumps, started up ESP pumps.
• Repair 2" - 6" flow meters, Hook up chemical pumps and run chemical lines.
• Gauged 200 bbl tanks - 1500 bbl tanks, Pulled water bottoms off oil tanks.
• Pulled tanks out and set new tanks in.
• Worked kimray throttle valves.
• Rebuild dump valves and back pressure valves.
• Hook up Knockouts and Treaters, Shake out oil for BS&W.
