I became involved with Drugs during the year 2013. I was charged and pled guilty to drug conspiracy in 2015. I served 6 years in Federal Prison.

I was also charged during this time with minor theft under $500. I took a schedule 40 plea with this charge and plead no contest with the charge to be dismissed after 1 year even though I still believe in my innocence.

This time period of my life goes against everything. I have ever done. Anyone who knew me were shocked at my behavior. I make no excuses but I would like to offer a brief explanation of mitigating factors. My father died in December of 2012. I was undergoing treatment for spinal stenosis of my neck and given large doses of opiates which I became physically dependent upon.

My behavior was inexcusable but it by no means is a reliable indicator of who I am. I am looking for a chance to return to who I was prior to my mistakes.
