  • Ensured safety compliance, adhering to Industry standards and guidelines for equipment operation and maintenance, Following LOTO.
  • Level 3 (maintenance and troubleshooting) on Varian E500 and AMAT xR80 ion Implant tools
  • Level 1 Operation Certification for Ion Implanter's and AMAT Radiance Centura (RTA) tools to keep production moving though both tool sets.
  • I had Recipe Edit privileges for running Rework wafers on Ion Implanter's. Later I assisted Engineering on creating generic recipes for Standardize top offs recipes. I was also given step adjustment privileges for Production to move it back into Implanter steps or out after reworks are ran.
  • I was first Blue Badge from Fab 20 Implant area to assisted in installing AMAT xR80 Ion Implanter in D2 (Intel's Santa Clara Fab). I would later be called back down to D2 to help Troubleshooting E-clamp Signal on Varian E500 Ion Implanter.
  • I moved from Shift 7 to Shift 5 to increase productivity and consistency by bridging gaps between shift 7 and shift 5, for better communication. On shift 5, I spear headed bringing shift 5 Green to green times down
  • Facilitated training sessions for new technicians, fostering collaborative learning environment for both shifts 7 and 5 teams by training 4 new trainees and 2 higher level SSTs on equipment PMs.

  • Completed Level 3 Certification for Verian E1000 and E500 Ion Implanter tools sets
  • Maintained Operations Certifications to assist my team and ensure area maintained smooth flow of Production.
  • I was one of two certified operational coordinator later became Area coordinator. Responsible for reporting out tool issues and staffing issues for daily goal prepossess.
  • Starting work at this Fab15 by helping to disassemble Varian E1000 implanter readying it to be moved from Fab15 to Fab15.5.
  • Trained two new employees and two seed employees (from Fab 23) on proper operations and safety for protocols to full Level 1 certification. Also trained two seed employees and one new employee on Varian E500 A,B, and C preventive maintenance for their Level 2 equipment certifications.
