Wesley Martin

• I work with a crew of 1-4 installers
• Installed interior and exterior signage using hand tools, power tools, and site specifications, along with being physically capable of lifting and carrying said signage.
• Interpreted work orders, drawings, and measurements to complete accurate sign placement.
• Additionally I have gained experience driving and operating the company crane truck, which is a Ford F-750 and comes in just underweight for CDL regulations, along with that I have also gained experience pulling a trailer

• Assembled aircraft components using blueprints, work orders, and precision hand tools.
• Inspected parts for quality compliance, identifying defects before release to next process.
• Ability to take and understand instructions, along with working independently or as a team.

I was a student athlete all 4 years of high school, I played football and wrestled. Both sports helped me learn to push my limitations and taught me how to persevere through hardship. Along with that I was named both captain on both teams which lead to me having more responsibilities over the team.

I was recommended for and made National Honors Society through Washburn Tech. My classmates and I had to deal with difficulties due to our main teacher leaving during the semester. This helped us learn to be flexible and resilient, being able to follow instructions given from multiple different teachers and assistants throughout the semester and still be able to accomplish our goals, and compleat the class, graduate, and receive our licenses.
