  • Prepares audio and video equipment for the Commander during unit presentations and keeps him on track with his timeline. Provides the Commander with his daily schedule and monitors his routine to keep him on his daily schedule.
  • Using the Commander's Microsoft Outlook Calendar, I carefully schedule all meetings, events and travel and ensures he is not overbooked to give him time to sign correspondence.
  • Receives and Processes personnel actions and forwards them through the front office eventually going to the Group Commander.
