• As a lind lead i kept track of the quality of the parts, tooling, employees, making adjustments per the cmm reports. I moved up from line lead to setup and support. Where my responsibility's grew to setting up the tooling, fixtures and programs in the machines getting good reports for all fixtures.

As the machine operator I had to keep tolerance within .003 thickness. Running 24,000 parts to 6,000 depending on the part.

• Inspected and tested equipment to locate worn and damaged parts.
