  • Manage MOLAA's Docent, volunteer, and internship programs This includes recruitment, staffing, onboarding, training, communications, interviewing, and relaying this information to the appropriate departments where they need this type of staffing.
  • Help create new training programs as well as update existing protocols and handbooks such as our new volunteer tracking software VOME which I helped implement into our museum system and train staff on how to use.
  • Work in support of the Education Department of all its programs and needs including onsite field trips, workshops, seminars, festivals, Galas, and Summer Camp programming.
  • We collaborate consistently as a team each week to implement all these events and programs.
