I lead a TEAM of 16 Tool and parts attendants and LEAD a TMDE team of 3 TMDE monitors. I lead my tool attendant's in daily operations of tool check out and check in of special issued Tools and equipment. Lead my attendants on inventory ordering, tool control, tool exchange, tool replenishment and work order processing in 7 different buildings across our base. I lead another Team of 3 in ASSET control of 6800 plus calibrated items. I conduct transactions with the use of several different computer programs, FEMS and PAMS are the primary programs that I use daily. I am fluent in inventory control, work order processing, stocked tool look up, adding tools to FEMS under order's from Tool control managers along with their respective ENGINEERING departments. I lead my TMDE team to control assets in 20 different buildings containing 22 different OWNING WORK CENTERS. I lead my team in controlling assets for the PRECISION MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT LAB. Locating assets from Tool Cribs and production floor mechanics, preparing assets for a on time calibrated due date. Leading this team from start date of January 1 2024 started with over 1000 OVERDUE assets to April 1 2024 current over due is less than 20. Tracking progress through EXCEL spreadsheets and processing assets through FEMS on a daily basis. Ordering replacements through FEMS for Items that no longer achieve calibration along with working with DIRECTORS and Engineers for limitation calibration authorizations. I hold SECURITY clearance to access necessary buildings and tool cribs to achieve our mission in supporting our customers and support our war fighters.
