I have extensive practice in leadership roles, community outreach, and various practical skills thanks to my time in Boy Scouts, where I achieved the rank of Eagle Scout at just 15 years old. Despite "finishing" scouting, I stayed with my troop until I aged out at 18 to provide mentorship in the younger and less experienced scouts. I have performed at multiple national choir competitions representing both BAK middle school of the arts and Dreyfoos high school of the arts, so public speaking and large crowds are things that I am comfortable with. I have volunteered multiple times with the veterinary group MAWS based in Botswana, and witnessed a rhinoceros relocation in person, so I am confident working with animals in new/foreign environments. I have done a mission trip with my church to the orphanage in Honduras called My Little Roses, where I installed clean drinking water tanks and fountains and painted the bedrooms, but also spent time with the children there to help with social and educational skills.
