Knowledgeable and practical experience in sales, project management, and training of the landscape construction industry
Sales:
Closing and documenting contracts by:
· Developing and establishing residential, commercial and contractor clients via lead follow up, referrals, networking, cold calling, emailed sequences in Hubspot, etc.
· Running site visits, performing job measurements
· Design rendering based on customer’s functional and aesthetic needs
· Forming competitive estimates based on size of project and scope of work and present to clients
Project Management:
Overseeing all facets of project until completion including, but not limited to:
· Projecting quantity of material needed for individual project and placing materials orders
· Facilitating timing and delivery
· Outlining demarcations for installation
· Ongoing coordination and communication with customer and foreman on installation approach
· Facilitating change orders as needed
· Complete project with end-goal of perpetuating more opportunities
· Communicating with Home Owners Associations to qualify designs per established regulations and submitting plans to architectural review boards
· Serving as a point of contact for customer resolution
Training:
Training and onboarding Sales representatives on:
· Sales tactics and approach, material projections, negotiating optimal access points, structural obstacles and equipment placement, and ERP Systems
