In my time as an Eagle Scout, I gained hands-on experience in team leadership by leading groups of Scouts during activities, trips, and service projects, which taught me effective team management. My project management skills developed as I planned, organized, and executed my Eagle Scout service project, setting goals, managing timelines, assigning tasks, and coordinating resources to make it a success. I also honed my public speaking abilities by regularly presenting ideas, leading meetings, and speaking to groups, which helped me become a confident communicator.
