With experience in both hospitality and nightlife, I’ve developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. I’ve spent a year working as bar staff and a bouncer at Study Hall in Clemson, where I handled crowd control, checked IDs, ensured customer safety, and supported bar operations during high-volume nights. Before that, I worked at The Original Benjamin's Calabash as a server, busser, and kitchen staff member. There, I gained hands-on experience in food service, customer interaction, teamwork, and back-of-house operations. Across all roles, I’ve learned to communicate clearly, multitask efficiently, and always bring a positive, team-focused attitude to the workplace.
I've been employed at Study Hall Clemson, one of the busiest bars in downtown Clemson, for the past year. I've worked there as a bouncer and bar staff, giving me practical experience in the vibrant entertainment and hospitality industry.
At The Original Benjamin's Calabash I have worked my way up from a bussers where I was responsible for clearing and resetting tables quickly, keeping the dining area clean, and assisting servers as needed. While also being part of kitchen staff prepare and cook food for the buffet, ensure food quality and safety, and keep the kitchen clean and organized. Now I have been able to be a servers where I greet guests, take drink orders, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that guests have a pleasant dining experience.
