  • Authored proposal that was accepted and funded, earning hospital $250K grant to begin operating mobile clinic and $128K in additional funding to establish farm for harvesting and extracting oil from jojoba beans to run hospital generators, as well as employ past-patients that lost jobs or experienced reduction in income; Sihanouk Mobile Clinic continues to operate 13 years later, making it possible to provide medical care to poorest rural villages in Cambodia.
