Whitley Prater

· Assess needs, strengths, and symptoms of clients and properly document them to form treatment plans, crisis plans, and progress towards clients goals

· Advocate for clients by connecting them to the resources they need

· Provide supportive therapeutic services while using the recovery model

· Monitor and support clients with medication

· Accurately administer TMS treatments to patients and supervising other TMS technicians, while also assisting Clinic Coordinator in daily operations of the clinic

· Maintaining up-to-date patient records by entering, updating, and retrieving data, such as PHQ-9/GAD-7 forms and Motor Threshold history

· Responsible for communicating treatment progress with TMS clinic providers and patients’ mental health specialists
