I have worked with children for many years and it is truly my passion. I come from a long line of educators and so
I can truly say it runs in my blood. I have a special place in my heart for Early Childhood Educaton. I love to teach children how to have fun while learning at the same time. It is so important for them to learn at an early age to help them achieve goals in their future.
I have always made sure to be a team player and a role model for my co workers no matter where the workplace may be. Teamwork is everything. When everyone works together with a positive attitude so much more is accomplished within the work place. I always try to help my co workers out in any way possible and set good examples for them to go by.
I recently have become a member of the National Society of leadership and Success where I have met through webinars people all over the world discussing different ways to set long and short term goals and how to make sure those goals get completed in the work place to benefit both myself and the workplace. This society has also taught me how to be a great leader to my co workers such as keeping a positive attitude, motivating them, communicating with them, listening to what they have to say, and helping them set goals in their areas of work that can benefit the workplace and themselves.
