Review order issues that were submitted through customer service. Set up a shipment for necessary items. Inform the necessary personnel if the issue is a human error to prevent the problem from reoccurring. File BOLs and other paperwork in case they are needed for future reference.

• Complete cycle counts, open bin reports, and necessary adjustments to make sure that the physical inventory and the virtual inventory reflect each other. Search for and find missing items. Respond to emails about product information, and what the warehouse physically has in the building. Complete internal transfers. Resolve negative bins, serial discrepancies.

• Select items on customer’s online grocery order. Find potential substitutions if an item on their list is out of stock.
• Make sure items are properly bagged, labeled, and stored.
• Review order with the customer via telephone, noting if there were any out of stocks and substitutions. Help in-store customers when they need help locating items.

• Make sure items are in good condition. Send them to the next department to continue the process of preparing them to be shipped to customers. Send damaged items to a separate processing area.

• Order and replenish medical supplies in assigned supply rooms.
• Check and replenish isolation areas each day.
• Deliver supplies that are only stored in the warehouse to various areas in the hospital as needed. Replenish E.R. Carts when they were short staffed.
