• Responsibilities included Taking phone calls with clients, Ensuring service center location met fire safety code requirements, Maintaining a clean and organized service center, issuing crew directives, completing cash and electronic transactions with customers, maintaining a professional demeanor in high stress situations, general cleaning duties including: cleaning of windows, walls, toilets, oil covered floors, and dry and wet hazardous materials sections in the store

• Responsibilities included Balancing the budget of Retailers Supply’s Service Department, allocating manpower towards planned maintenance or repair work, Maintaining a steady flow of dialog with customers and company representatives, Locating and interpreting maintenance diagrams, Ordering of equipment parts, Scheduling and Maintaining of customer relations
