· Promoted to Coordinator from Lead Program Specialist after 5 years of proven outcomes supporting the district-led community school model, the Community Achieves initiative.

·Enhances program efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing best practices.

·Develops strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, leading to increased collaboration and shared resources. Fosters internal partnerships with MNPS Departments, galvanizing community partnerships leading to donations, resources, and support for schools and aligning the work of the district to make sure that all resources are utilized in the Community Achieves Initiative.

·Supervises and leads development opportunities for a middle-management team of five Program Specialists to support the community school model in 58 schools.

·Supervises two extended learning program specialists who support LEAPS and 21st Century afterschool program sites.

·Coaches and supports (individually and group-level) 34 school-based Community Achieves school coordinators, supports the implementation of 58 total school-based coordinators managed in conjunction with our partnership with Family and Childrens Service.

·Hiring and onboarding, authored a manual to be utilized in initial orientation, provides follow up coaching for new CA site managers

·Facilitates professional development trainings for CA school coordinators and administrators around areas of community school work—data collection, utilizing data for work with strategic partnerships, creating school needs assessments, planning and delivering community meetings, working with and aligning partner work, appreciating and sustaining impactful partnerships.

·Advocates for Community Schools model in Tennessee, serving on TN State Coalition as the Professional Learning Committee Co-Chair, planned a state-wide Summit in April 2021, “Day on the Hill” for MNPS and Communities in Schools staff

·Managed and trained the MNPS Partnership Initiative liaison trainings in all MNPS schools and support for 60 + school-based partnership liaisons

· Served as the community and family liaison at Napier Elementary

· Coordinated and aligned data-driven community partnerships around the four pillars of Health and Wellness, College and Career Readiness, Social Services, and Family Engagement to the School Improvement Plan under the district led- MNPS initiative Community Achieves at Napier Elementary. Engaged all partnerships and programs around the four pillars. Led and directed the Parent leadership group.

· Raised support in resources, programming, and in-kind donations to support Napier Elementary

· Created a Strategic Plan document for Napier according to School Improvement Plan and Community Achieves Snapshot data according to school progress on discipline, obesity rates, attendance, test scores, and parent surveys

· Hosted quarterly community partner meetings and shared data according to the needs assessment, engaged partners to collaborate in the effort to improve outcomes at Napier

· Tracked data of students and parents involved in programming at Napier with regards to the four pillars

· Managed the school-based Family Resource Center, funded by United Way, linking families and students with social service assistance in metropolitan Nashville

· Recruited and organized a school-based community partner network to support the school and supply resources needed, executing quarterly partner meetings for the school to discuss outcome-based solutions aligned with Community Achieves pillars to tackle school-wide goals such as truancy, parent engagement, and social and emotional supports. Held monthly community partner meetings.

· Ran a food pantry, clothing closet, and parent technology center to serve the families and students at school, created monthly newsletters for school

· Served on School Leadership team to discuss and implement school wide administrative decisions related to the School Improvement Plan

· Led weekly Parent Council meetings, scheduling speakers at weekly meetings on pertinent topics such as financial education, nutrition, homework help, and “Parent University”.

· Served as Napier Coordinated School Health Coordinator, School garden coordinator, and Health and Wellness Committee Chair at Napier Elementary.

· Directed and lead the elementary enrichment after-school and summer camp program for 45 low income, diverse K-4thgraders, Monday through Friday

· Created and prepared enrichment curriculum each day (20 minute lessons) to be led by volunteers in correlation with Common Core Standards in mathematics and literacy

· Recruited and supervised volunteers in the after-school program each day, and maintained weekly communication with the network of volunteers

· Maintained a positive rapport with Fall-Hamilton, the MNPS school involved with the program, and communicated daily with staff and teachers at the school to further educational goals in my program

· Created and managed a database of parent and student information, along with a portfolio for each student

· Attended professional development classes affiliated with Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools and Center for Non-Profit Management

· Planned and implemented monthly parenting improvement classes to encourage support for the community and bring the community together

· Supervised and managed a team of interns serving the elementary program
