Responsible Supervisor with excellent project oversight, team management and blueprint interpretation skills coupled with more than 18 years of experience. Achieves project milestones and adheres to deadlines and quality standards. I have overseen and complete some of the largest projects Exelon has ever released with glowing reports and all deadlines achieved. These projects range from complete substation build, civil projects, underground cable installations and directional drilling. 10 of the men that have worked under me have gone on to become excellent foreman in there own right. I believe i am an excellent evaluator of workers and able to get the best out of men. One of if not the most import ingredient in building a successful division is culture. I demonstrated that i am excellent at this, with the hard work of the men and strong culture i oversaw building a very successful directional drill department from scratch. I have been involved, overseen and participated in every phase of electrical construction all the way down to the finale restoration.
