• Supervise Production lines, Production Support areas (Material Handlers, DHR Printing, etc.) and QC areas; oversee daily operations of the assigned areas, monitor output and coordinate the scheduling of people, materials, and equipment.

• Interact with Production, Quality Control, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and R&D Engineering departments to coordinate and resolve production related issues.

• Prepare production, quality, and safety reports/metrics.

• Support area Manager with assigned NCRs, ECOs, DA or MAs.

• Monitor and maintain Kanban inventory levels in the designated production areas where material is stored for production use. Able to provide support reconciling material shortages or overages. Perform Material variance investigations

• Select, manage, train, and develop staff. Establish objectives and assignments and provide ongoing feedback through performance reviews and development plans. *

• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.

• Regular, reliable attendance onsite

• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

• Set-up and operate manufacturing equipment.

• Help coordinate QC activities through cross-functional communication to ensure production schedules are met.

• Maintain cleanroom standards, practices, and housekeeping according to standard operating procedures and the illness and injury prevention program.

• Perform verifications of manufacturing operations and line clearances for other assemblers.

• Conduct and document training of personnel in device assembly, document review, and standard operating procedures.

• Lead process improvement and quality-oriented projects.

• Facilitate the completion of process validations activities with minimal supervision.

• Communicate throughput in area of responsibility and progress toward weekly build plan.

• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.

• Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.

• Regular, reliable attendance onsite

• Frequent use of microscope

• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
